Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

incompetent teacher/coach

I have a son that is suffering descrimination for a teacher coach. I have complained too the School officials, is there any other recourse? There is no process for complaining about this teacher, officials fail to even document the number of complaints filed on this teacher.

Re: incompetent teacher/coach

If this is in fact a repeated offense and you had documented your attempts to take action, I would recommend formal action that include reports or compliant to an agency that target discrimination in federally assisted programs. Particularly, if this is a state employee or public official. Most importantly, you must document your efforts and include witnesses, proof and an established pattern of this behavior because the burden of proof is on you as his mother and as your son's advocate.
