Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

laws keeping an 18 year old from moving out

I live in Oklahoma, and was curious if

there were any laws that can keep a

legal adult (18) from moving out? I

was told that a medical history can

keep me from moving til I'm 21.
