Recoup of damage caused by anothe business
how do i collect for damage done by faulty work of a mechanic that reulted in the entire front left wheel coming off, the right wheel was all but off of a fulled loaded semi-tuck of cattle, a passing pickup was hit in the windshield, and $6,000 worth od damage to the truck. We have work orders from 2 weeks prior that everthing was serviced and fine.

1. Report the matter to your insurance company and see what they say;

2. Make a claim against the mechanic/garage who did the work for the full damages done by their negligence;

3. Consult a lawyer in your town if you get no satisfaction from the above.
