I am not sure what you expect in our response but I will attempt to answer your question about government authority and jurisdiction.

What you are experiencing is the result of what happens in managed economies. This intervention is usually executed if it is determined or demonstrated that the government MUST to step in to protect the public sector and its economically deprived citizens. All of whom are the most vulnerable in recessions or economic crisis conditions.

A managed economy is a economy in which considerable government intervention take place in order to direct; not control, economic activity. Although this does not usually happen often in capitalist economies, this intervention is protected by the U.S.Constitution because the government is only assuri equal freedoms, rights and privileges to all its American citizens. Oklahoma is no exception.

However, you also have a right under the First Amendment to free speech. It is the American way to disagree and it is healthy. However, you must understand that there are other systems, socio-economic and techical forces that affect these and other public hdecisions.

The government has this right to intervine if a recession is declare and there is a demonstrated need to protect those most effected in our public sector. Right now the private medical practitioners are not favorable to the those most vulnerable or economicaly deprived. What you are experiencing is an executed stimulus which also dictates a need for a managed economy, particularly in Oklahoma.

A managed economy is an economy to which considerable government intervention takes place in order to direct economic activity. Although this usually doesn't happen often in capitalist economies there are systematic, socio-economic and technical forces directing the need to address medical availability as well.

Such authority is protected under the U.S. Constitution if it adversely affects the freedoms and privileges all United States citizens.
