I�m young and made a huge mistake of getting a car from a used car dealership I was well over charged I checked the price on the card and it�s only worth 2k I paid 12K I still owe 11k!! ya young and dumb......I have had major issues with the car I have only had it for 8 months I have already had my engine replace thank god the warranty cover that...now that I look at the car I think it also has flood damage just wondering is there anything that protects me from something like this??

You're likely stuck with whatever is in your sales contract and warranty. The fact you have a warranty and it was honored for the engine is a good thing; many times used cars are sold as-is, with no remedy for even things like a blown engine. You should read the warranty and sales contract with great care; that's likely where any remedy will be, or unfortunately not be. Sorry I don't have better news for you, as that feeling of learning you may have been gotten to is not a good one, but one we've all had.
