Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oklahoma

bad car deal

i purchased a used suv back in 2000-2001 it still had some warrenty on it and i purchased more. but it had the heater core go out about 3 or 4 weeks after i got it i called and told them what happeded and had it towed there, the man said it was covered not to worry but as it turned out it was not & they wanted me to pay for it i said you can just keep it i had not had it long enough to make the first paymt so he said well i will talk to them but they fixed it 3 mos later same thing went out fixed it again this time the part had warrenty on it . six mos later goes out again . i was furious because i had to leave it in the shop with them about 2 or 3 weeks each time with no loaner car. i took it to the lot where we bought it and left it there. cause they would not work with us on the balance. they did sell me another pickup . now the fiance co auctioned off the suv and only got 2000. leaving a bal of 9000. i had to give 10500.00 for it. i have been paying 200.00 a month and owe 5512.00 is there any way i can get out of this? i think they got more than there share for the lemon i got. or am i just stuck with paying for something i don't have. now i am a christian person and belive in paying bills but this is to much. thanks for time

Re: bad car deal

Unless you file bankruptcy, you are probably stuck with paying on the balance. The can sue you for a deficiency balance and obtain a judgment if you fail to pay the agreed amount. You may want to consider bankruptcy. Email me directly at the email address listed in the footer if you need further legal information .
