Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oklahoma

Credit Dispute

I am divorced and have been for 6 wonderful years. Unfortunately, my ex-husband's decisions still haunt me. I was on a lease with the mobile home park I once resided at with him in our home. After the divorce, I moved out of town. There is a civil default judgment against me a year after I left the park and it shows that I was served per my ex-husband. I don't know what to do about this? I know that my best bet is to file a Petition to Vacate but should I file a Request to set case for trial?

I also have a lot of bad credit history due to the debt awarded him after the divorce and him not paying. It has hurt my chances in acquiring employment. How can I get the bad debt off of my credit history?
