wage garnishment

I was sued for a time barred debt. My wages are being garnished. I did not attend court. I didn't know about a hearing, just got garnishment papers in the mail. i live in oklahoma. the account was written of 02/03. garnishment orders are 07/07. can i reverse this action?

If you had a written contract with the creditor, you debt was not time barred in the state of Oklahoma. Statute of Limitation for written agreements is generally five years.
