Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

In 2006 I was charged with Manufacture of controlled dangerous substance Methamphetamine, pled guilty was given 10 years DOC, reduced to possession of Meth with intent to distribute, 10 year suspended with 10 years probation with one year supervised probation after completion of Drug court. I have no prior felones this was my first offense. Yesterday I completed Drug court program with no violations and was given my sentence which was 10 yrs suspended with 10 years probation one year supervised. I was informed that that there is a state statute that says if you complete Drug court with no prior felonies ( of which I have none) then on completion the participant is given a deffered sentence. I have completely turned my life around and feel like I have been cheated by my lawyer and District attorney. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am a Bryan County Oklahoma resident.
