Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

im on a 2 year deferred sentence and recently had an app to excellerate filled against me. my question is if the app goes through will i only get the 2 years or can the courts give me more time than just the two years?

If you are on a deferred, you have not been sentenced. That means on a motion to accelerate, the judge can sentence anywhere in the range of punishment for the charge or charges that you plead to.
