Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
Affid. prob cause 4 search bogus!
Affiant says ''CI'' calls that day, say's was at our home w/in past 72 hrs and shown bag of meth.We had been gone 4 days, upon arrive home, appox 2 hrs, a no knock served. 4 hrs cuffed while asking wife numerous times Who had been here in past 72 hrs. We have proof of lodging receipts in our names 4 that 72 hrs affiant states ''CI'' call was received on day of no knock. evidence, yes... empty baggies, para. scales, field test left behind w/neg. results. arrested me but never was i mentioned in prob cause.???????? now what?
