Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

I was looking around the on demand court records site for oklahoma and dicovered an outstanding warrant for me. it was issued in 1989 for 2nd degree burglary. i have moved around some the last 21 years but have lived here in oklahoma for over five years. is there some kind of limitation. i was never arrested or even notified of any charges. a deputy did come to my house and i answered all his questions and that was it until now. what is my best move from here?

You do not want to have an outstanding warrant for your arrest. You could be arrested unexpectedly. You should contact a criminal defense attorney immediately to have this issue resolved. If you need assistance or have any other questions, you can contact me at (405) 360-8036.
