Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

internet crime possibly?

here is my situation. I have recently been contacted by an Oklahoma city investigator, about some things i have been doing in an online chat room. I met a person online and we went to chat on msn messenger, and i would tell this person about things i have done sexually with my younger female cousin. Now truthfully none of this stuff had ever happened, it was only a figment of my imagination. Nothing ever happened between us.

Now i'm assuming he is contacting more people that are involved in this issue. He mentioned wanting to have a look at my computer, do i let him?

also what should i do in this situation? so i just let it going know i didnt do anything wrong? that it was only a story i made up in my mind, and told people about.???

I'm lost, i know i shouldnt have been on the internet posting this stuff.. but its to late for that now..

Re: internet crime possibly?

I hope you have not met with the investigator. The first thing you need to do is not meet with and not talk to this investigator at all.

You need to hire an attorney. You can then refer the investigator to the attorney if he keeps demanding to meet with you, which he probably will.

Finally, do not write these comments anymore and do not discuss the comments you did write or discuss this case at all with ANYONE except for your attorney.
