Can the OK Dept of Corrections take all of an inmates "good time" retroactively back to the date of inception? Loss of good time was based on an administrative mistake and was not due to any micscoduct charge. There was no disciplinary hearing.

Re: Loss of Inmate Good Time

Good time may be lost by an inmate who violates the rules of the institution or who commits a crime while in prison.

Good time should not be lost for an administrative mistake, and if the problem cannot be corrected through administrative channels it may be necessary to file a suit for reinstatment.
