Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

I recently was in court on a judicial review and beleive there to be a discrepency in the details of my case. I have two questions.

Q1: During court proceedings is there a court reporter present, if so, do they record ver batim what is said in the court room?

Q2: If there is a ver batim transcript of the court proceedings, how do I go about getting a copy of them to present to the Judge for a correction of my record?

Q1: You can answer that question better than anyone. You were there. Did you see a court reporter? Some judges have a court reported for everything that happens in open court. Some judges have a court reporter for only certain hearings. And some judges rarely use a court reporter for anything. However, the Defendant always has the right to ask that a court reporter be present and recording for his hearing.

Q2: If there is a transcript of the hearing, you get a copy of it by going to the court reporter. You tell her that you want a transcript. She will estimate how many pages it is and require you to pay a deposit for the transcript.
