Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I had a shick quatro shaving razor placed against my throat so I slaped it out of her hand and grabbed her throat to seperate us. I then called 911 and was arrested. Now I'm being charged with a strangulation felony. What should or can I do?
