Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Oklahoma

discriminated at work

I am in Sales and my boss is having a affair with a co-worker and everyone knows about it, including other management. He gives her accounts, also has givin her some of other sales people accounts. Many are affended by her dressing, and co-workers talk about it so much it makes me fell uncomftable. Our manager favors her in alot of ways and I have proof. This has affected my sales department. I have told all management how bad it has affected us and they do nothing.We have to have some rights. Sales people have Quit because of this affair.

I suggest that you discreetly get word to your boss' boss. If you're in sales and something is going on to hurt the company bottom line, I'm sure they want to know about it.
