custody kids and divorce

My husband founs out some lies about some loans in my name that ar now paid off and also that our house was in forclosure but not is not. will this affect thue ruling in a custody hearing i also have a gambling addiction that i am now seeking help for and i am not gambling any longer is this something that makes me unfit to have my children even though it has not affected my childrens well being.

The things you list may affect the result of a custody hearing if the court believes them to affect what's in the best interest of the child. You should be assembling document evidence to show there is no outstanding issue with loans, the house in not in foreclosure, and that you're in a gambling help program.
