Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My daughter is married to immigrant from Dubai/Pakistan. She is thinking about getting a divorce. He presently has a temporary visa. It will become permanent in August of 2011. They married in January of 2009 and he received his temporary visa in August of 2009. Can she divorce him as she would a US Citizen? Or does she have to notify the Immigration Bureau?

She can file for divorce without regard to any immigration restrictions.
