Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Filed for Uncontested divorce, moved out of state.

While I was in the Army I filed for an uncontested Divorce in Oklahoma (Commanche County) in Dec 99. I got out of the Army, moved to Florida (Orange County). My Husband is in Massachusetts, so I had to send the paperwork for him to sign to waive his appearance in court. I never went to court, never received the signed paperwork from husband.

How can I continue with the divorce process in Florida even though the decree was filed in Oklahoma? Is there a way to transfer the paperwork without having to pay a bunch of money again?

Your choices are to continue the Ok proceeding or to dismiss it and start again in Fl.

Note all you did was commence an action in Ok. From what you say , there has been no final decree. Until there is you are not divorced.
