Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Grandparents Rights

My daughter lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with her mother. I live in Houston, Texas. We have been divorced

since 1997 and since that time my daughter visits my parents every weekend. Recently my ex-wife and I have

a disagreement. She now claims that she is not going to allow my parents to see my daughter. Can she do this?

And what are the rights of my parents?

Re: Grandparents Rights

If the visitation of your parents was not provided in the divorce decree, their rights to visit will have to be asserted in a Motion to Modify. More than likely this will have to be done in OK.
