Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My ex husband took my kids one day and never brought them back he then put a protective order on me accusing me of child abuse. The judge set another court date and took down our phone numbers for DHS. Also set my visits with my kids for Saturdays 12-6pm and told my ex he was responsible for transporting my kids to visit he agreed but never brought them. I talked to a cop and he told me to report it to the court clerk. He's broke the protective order and I have reported him but nothing was ever done. Now he's not letting visit my kids. What am I to do? I just want my kids back.
