Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I am in OK and my kids are in NJ. Right now me and my ex have joint custody and i am paying child support. What paperwork do i need to fill out to apply for custody of my kids?

You have to apply to the court in NJ to modify the Divorce Decree and you must have good reason to do so not just to avoid paying child support. NJ court has jurisdiction over the case and the children. Oklahoma court will honor the decree of the NJ court under UJA.
