Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

At A Loss

My ex husband has not paid child support in almost 8 years now. I have had a support order against him the entire time in PA. The whole time I have had it the Domestic Relations there has not done anything. They would bring him in for modification and he wouldn't show up so they would just count his wages as minimum wage which was well below what he actually made. Anytime they would go to attach his wages he would quit his job. He was recently found back in PA and we have a conference tomorrow. My question is this.. since I know for a fact that no matter what they say tomorrow he isn't going to pay, is there anything that I can do to have him arrested or something at least? Also, I want to get his parental rights revoked since he has had nothing to do with my son in 4 years but was told it would cost me at least $1500. I'm a single mom and just can not afford this. Is there anything I can do or any low cost legal councel here? I live in OKC if that helps. Thank you.

Contact the OBA. They have a listing of lawyers who are on the pro bono panel and will accept referrals. Additionally, you might check to see if you qualify for legal services. Good luck.
