modified divorce decree
What are the guidelines for filing a modification to a divorce decree in Oklahoma? The original decree was filed 20 months ago. Specifically, when my ex-wife filed, she did not address the question of mutual debt which needs to be included in the decree.

Thanks for your question. As a general rule divorce decrees pertaining to property issues cannot be modified and debt division generally falls within this classification. Therefore you cannot seek a modification to address this issue.
