when one parent decides that need out of relationship, which parent has the right to keep 9 month old baby until going to court?

Oklahoma law is gender neutral and either or both parents is presumed to be able to do this there is no legal answer until such time as a Judge has made the determination of who will be the primary parent.

However, from personal experience mothers are more likely to be given primary custody of a child this young.
