Is it legal that my children were taken out of my home for my house not being spotless after just getting home from a long trip that took a fourteen hour drive home, to keep my children out of my home even though my house is clean now

You need to hire an attorney to look over the facts and determine what has happened, why, and what your legal rights/obligations are. I am assuming that what occurred is a continuation of some other actions taken by child protective services.
