Trying to receive financial help from from biological father
Whilst married to my husband (who passed away last November) I had a daughter by another individual - he has never given any support for his daughter, who is now 38, and now she is married with two children. She is having trouble financially and we wonder if her biological father can be made to give her some financial support at this time.
