Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

vpo against me

My wife had a VPO against me with an addendum that stated states I have a right to children 3 times a week for an hour at a time.

Every visit was fine until Thanksgiving when she claimed I attacked her verbally and physically in front of children. I went to jail and while in there was served again with an AMMENDED EMERGENCY VPO with children on there. A court date was on there too. The OKLAHOMA COUNTY JAIL did not and never came to get me so I could appear. Now I fear not ever seeing my children again

Please help

Re: vpo against me

You should consider an attorney who can help you investigate and pursue an argument based on service of process; ie, notice and opportunity to be heard.
