Legal Question in Medical Leave in Oklahoma

If company policy prohibits my taking another type of job while on leave can I apply for disability , or unemployment ? How am I going to provide for myself during this 12 weeks of leave ?

If you're on FML leave it is presumed you are generally completely occupied, either with your own serious health condition or caring for a family member with a serious health condition; otherwise you could be at your job. The FMLA does not provide for wages during the leave; unfortunately the employee is on his/her own in this regard.
