Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

My fianc's ex-boss keeps coming to my place of work (Chili's Bar and Grill) and tries to start confrontations. He usually gets other confused co-workers to tell me messages like "Chris says to go suck a dirty dick". Here's the funny thing, he only has the nerve to do this when I'm on the clock. When I'm off and we bump into each other at Wal-mart, or he's around his wife he's all cream and cherries. He says "hi" to me, and I keep walking and ignore him. Is there any sort of restraining order I can get against him. He's never threatened physical harm, however, each time we've talked HE approaches ME! It's making me a nervous wreck! I have never responded back with threats or cursing. I just want this to stop. Is there anything i can do? Is this something I can demand of my employers, to maybe black ball him from the restaurant?

This appears to be harassment and attempts to force your termination. If the employees are involved you should have witnesses and proof of his behavior they should discontinue involvement and report the hostile and unethical contacts to their supervisior.

The supervisor or manager should take action for the safety of his/her employees. If this continues he must be barred from the premises and you can use submit this as evidence or proof to get a restraining order or file charges.

Is his behavior connected with a former relationship with your fiance? If yes, perhaps his wife is not aware of this. Do not confront him or her with this information unless you have must file formal charges or take action to document this behavior first.
