land lease is up...

i leased my land to a person. there leas is up and their animals are still on it. i have tryed to contact them.my question is, after 30 days who whs ownership of the animals?

We are not able to provide specific answers to your questions without more information surrounding the circumstances and the terms of your lease agreement. It is important to determine whether or not you legally notified them your intent and/or or your desire not to renew the lease. They must receiver proper and legal notification to vacate the property. Unless this is done legally, ethically and properly, no action can be taken, at least until all legal steps are executed based on this lease agreement and the law.
