Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

My mother gave me a car nine months ago. She signed over the title and a family avidavit to exclude excise tax when I transferred the title. She went behind my back and filed for a duplicate title making the original void. There was no written agreement of any kind. Do I have the right to keep the car and get the title transferred in my name?

If the title transfer and family affidavit was notarized by and through either of you it is legal and official. Did you have a notary to witness your signature and this transfer?
