Motion To Dismiss on Basis of Venue Jurisdiction

When it says contract between parties was entered into on earlier than ----------- is that the date of contract or the year you were served.

If this is an actual statement in this contract it sounds very suspicious.

Whatever the signatgure date is... and whatever the effective date is...it must be ABSOLUTE and quite clear to both parties; the signer and signee.

We would recommend that this statement be removed entirely before signing this non-binding contract. The contract should only be effective on the actual date it was signed and the signer and signee MUST include this date with their signatures. No retroactive or after-the-fact statements should be a part of any contract.
