Owning a car at 16 years old
If your title has 2 names and the words and/or on it can the other person on the title sell it without you knowing? I was told by someone in my family that my mother could sell my car behind my back if she wanted to...can she? I think minors should have rights when it comes to owning a car since their name is involved. Can i press charges if she sells my car without my knowledge since i am a minor? Hopefully not!

A title with and/or means either party is a legal owner and yes, one party can sell the vehicle.
