What do I do if I am given incorrect insurance info and wrong VIN no? I hit by a young girl stating she had Progressive insurance. Now she said it was her parent car and they had State Farm? Progressive says they cannot do anything.

That bit of misinformation should not affect your claims. If no injuries involved, just property damage, submit a claim with Allstate as she should be covered under that policy when driving that car. I you were injured, hire an attorney and let him or her deal with the insurance companies.
