Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma

depostion on wrongful termination

I filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination.

It is time for the deposition.

I've lived on my family finance, insurance money,

stocks and savings.

Do I answer questions about my family's finances, insurance money and savings in the deposition.

Can I take my own recorder to tape also can I bring a friend to listen?

After the deposition what is the next procedure?

I'm thinking it is the trial.

Is there any question's that I do not have to answer during this deposition?

If they ask specific question's and want me to answer specifically , but i'm not sure of the answer.. can I tell them i'm not sure of the answer ?

Thank you

As it is obvious, it is very complex and all questions that may arise cannot in advance be answered
