Are gas station required by law to carry accidental insurance on there property?

No corporation is required to carry comprehensive accident insurance in Oklahoma. Sometimes, if the vendor is small, there will be no insurance. But, if the gas station was large or one owned by a chain, ie., Texaco or Conoco, you can be assured that they will have insurance.
