a car going south bound with direct sunlight in eyes. and a bycicle going west boud collide. Car damage est. at 5k-6k.

bike rider coma life flight brain damaged. witness say bike pulled out in front of car. bike rider has no memory of accident. police say car going 30 mph. speed limit 40.

driver 16 bike rider 14 does the age of the bike rider matter?

age makes no difference and if the bike rider failed to yield, he is at fault.
