Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My ex-husband and I purchased property during our marriage. Upon our divorce he was awarded the property and the responsibility for the mortgage. It was stated in the divorce that he would make all reasonable efforts to re-finance the property to remove me from the lien. He failed to do so. Now, some 4 years later, he has defaulted on the loan and the property is in foreclosure. I need to know what I file to indicate to the court I have no interest in the property or financial responsibility for the loan. I have tried contacting attorneys over this matter several times through sites like this. Not one attorney has responded to my inquiries. I am not sure I expect any different with this site. I am beginning to think the are all just scam sites. But if you do actually respond, I hope it is soon as time is running out for me to send my response to the court on this matter. Thank you

You can file a "disclaimer" of your interest in the property, but that will not relieve you of any liability that you have under the Note and Mortgage.
