land
My friend lives in Texas and has land for sell in OKLA. The person who wants to buy the land live in Tx. also. Do they have to have the paper work noterized in Okla. or can everything be taken care of in Tx?

You can notarize signatures anywhere. I've has the US consul do their equivalent for me in Europe. But you of course file the forms in the county and state where the land is located.
