Can the original real estate company sale my mortgage loan to another mortgage company? Should I have received documents or contract? What rights do I have ?

Yes, taht right exists by contract. Look at the various documents you signed.

Rights: ask the new company for assignment papers applicable to your mortgage. You can get re-finance with another company.
