If the owner of the property is a deceased grandparent and I am the only living relative how do i sell the property?

You have to file probate and obtain an order of the court to sell the real property.

If you are your grandmother's only living relative, then you need to seek letters of adminstration from the court having jurisdiction over the property. It will be the district court in the county where your grandmother resided.

You will probably need a lawyer to do this.
