How to remove late renters

I had a verbal rental agreement with a person and they quit paying their rent, I am now trying to have them evicted. On the Notice to quit for non-payment of rent how many days am I required to give them to quit and leave or to pay the deliquent rent?

In Ok. you must give a residential tenant a 5-day demand for payment of the rent before you may file your eviction action(forceable entry and detainer action).
