Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

If a check came in the mail for a deceased relative but it is addressed to me ( in c/o ) does this now belong to me?

It should be forwarded to the executor of the persons estate or probate or whatever circumstance apply to the deceased person's estate. Particularly if the check contains the name of the deceased. The may have been sent to you as the last known address.
