Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

My daughter is beneficiary of my CDs IRAs and Bonds. If we both die together how can I dictate that my son receive this money? Will a will be sufficient?

The CD's, IRAs and Bonds all provide for contingent beneficiaries. Call the issuing companies and your son as contingent beneficiaries.

Will also will take care of such contingency.
