Legal Fees to Probate Will in Another State

Who is responsible for the costs associated with having a will probated in a state other than where the deceased died? The will was probated in Kansas but in order to sell land, which is located in Oklahoma and was allocated to siblings, the will must be probated in Oklahoma.
