Legal Fees Associated with the Sale of Property of a Deceased Person
A will of a deceased person stipulated that real property would be divided among siblings. If all siblings agree to sell the property, who is responsible for the legal fees associated with selling the property? The will was probated in Kansas but the property is located in Oklahoma. Should the legal fees be paid from the estate or, should the siblings equally share the cost?

Normally the estate gets to foot the bill off the top.
