Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma
I received a form that asks for my consent & waiver to the petition for sale of real estate (real property) and the transfer of life estates of real property. This is my fathers property, why am I needing to sign anything?

Do not sign it. Check with the administrator and if yo do not wish to, then call the probate court and find out what is going on.
The administrator is trying to see real estate without going through the regular process required to sell real estate.
