Legal Question in Disability Law in Oregon

My ex-husbands wife just wrote me a letter saying that she wants and is going to file paper work to take my rights away as a parent. My ex is in the military and our daughter is in a special needs hospital in california & is taken care of fully. I live in Oregon and call and send cloths as well as visit yet havent in over 2 years due to my mother dieing and a huge move and school schedual. I am not the 100%custodian parent but have 50-50 rights. I sent off a letter letting my ex-husbands wife know that "no I do not aprove or relinquish my rights as a parent." What are my chances of loosing my rights to my child?
